    Interview Process - [Paper Test]- Aptitude & Technical test followed with Technical and HR round.

    Qualification- BE/ MCA/ Msc /MCS/MCM/BCA/Bsc(comp)

    Communication- Good

    Requirement - Dot Net Developers

    Experience Criteria - 1-4 Yrs

    Skills:

    Knowledge of ASP.Net, AJAX, VB.Net, JAVA script, J-query, OOPs concepts
    Good knowledge of SQL will be needed
    Exposure to Visual studio 2010 will be an added advantage
    Exposure to SSRS will be an added advantage

    Behavioral skills-

    Excellent communication skills
    Good analytical and problem solving skills
    We have dot net requirement in 4-5 teams and they require mandatory skills as ASP.NET AND (C# OR VB.NET) AND SQL and added advantage will be Jquery /Javascript/ SSRS/ SSIS/ MVC / candidates worked on customization/ product enhancement related projects.
