The selected candidate will be a part of the Software Development Team and will be responsible for analyzing business requirements to design, engineer and build software solutions.
Job Duties:
Reviewing and understanding the scope and objectives of the Business Units requirements for Application Enhancement through effective collaboration.
Prepare a Project Plan covering the Project Life-Cycle through Design, Code Development, Multi- Platform Integration, Testing, Maintenance and Documentation.
Develop and maintain applications using technologies such as Java / J2EE Frameworks, Servlets, JDBC, Apache-Tomcat, Flex, ActionScript, SQL, XML.
Design rich User Interface in Flex with Java as the Data Layer.
Must be able to understand and modify the existing framework as well as research methodologies for optimum programming solutions across platforms.
Implement with the highest level of quality programming; enhancements to applications by following standard programming methodologies.
Document all project-related collaborations, designing, coding, case studies, issues, bugs and fixes, build and release plans, etc. in the Developer Knowledge Base.

Qualifications:
Any Graduate or post graduate in Computer Science or related field.
More than 1 year of work experience in a Software Developer role, with expertise in Flex, JAVA, J2EE, JDBC and Servlets.
Working knowledge in programming using SQL / XML / Tomcat.
Skilled in Software Development Fundamentals, Debugging, Documentation and Testing.
Must have a high aptitude for analyzing information, problem solving, designing software algorithms, tuning software performance and keen attention to detail.

Day 1 - Initial rounds (Online and written test, each 1 hour).
Day 2 (week day) - personal interviews of candidates shortlisted after initial rounds.
