Minimal qualifications include:

    Candidate must possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
    1 - 5 year(s) hands-on experience in software engineering / development.
    Strong understanding of software engineering principles and its application.
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be an achiever and go-getter.
 

    Required Skills: VB.Net, ASP.Net, ASP, C#, MSSQL.

He or she will also have a strong desire to learn new technologies and be willing to go "all in" to achieve project and company goals.
