Must Have Skills:
* Atleast 2 yrs of relevant Experience with .NET framework
* Experience with C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET
* Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, web services
* Experience developing commercial browser based 3 tier applications
* Experience developing with Microsoft SQL Server
* Sharp and Smart, good troubleshooting skills
Preferred Skills:
* Some formal education in Computer Science theory
* Knowledge of AJAX
* Familiarity with tools like nUnit, nAnt, etc
Professional Skills:
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Ability to work under pressure, adapt to demanding situations, and consistently meet project deadlines
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
